By purchasing or using any Monopol Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance
Monopol Products are sold strictly for legitimate educational, software development, network optimization, and high-performance computing purposes. You agree to use our hardware and digital materials in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Products does not violate the End User License Agreements (EULAs) or Terms of Service of any third-party software or game publishers. Monopol is not liable for any account restrictions, bans, or legal actions taken by third parties resulting from your use of our Products.

2. Intellectual Property
All digital materials, including PDF guides, technical documentation, and diagrams provided by Monopol, are the exclusive intellectual property of Monopol. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use these materials for personal reference only. Reverse engineering, redistributing, or publicly sharing our digital materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Warranty
All hardware and digital Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Monopol makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the compatibility of our hardware with your specific system configuration or third-party software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monopol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including system instability or data loss, arising from the use of our Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific Product.
