Refund Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products and the immediate delivery of our digital goods, Monopol enforces a strict, no-exception refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of hardware and digital products (including PDF guides and technical documentation) are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been processed or a digital file has been delivered.

2. Digital Products
Because PDF guides and digital documentation are delivered instantly and are reproducible, they are explicitly exempt from any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate digital delivery and waive your right to a refund.

3. Hardware Products
Hardware orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the fulfillment process. Due to the specialized nature of DMA/RDMA components, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, compatibility issues, or change of mind.

4. Defective Hardware
In the rare event that a hardware component arrives genuinely defective or damaged in transit, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence. Monopol’s sole obligation in this scenario is to provide a replacement unit or store credit, at our discretion. Monetary refunds will not be issued.

5. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimately delivered product is considered a violation of these terms. Monopol will vigorously contest all unjustified disputes by submitting compelling evidence to the payment processor, including IP logs, tracking confirmations, and digital delivery receipts.
