Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All hardware orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 14 business days after payment confirmation. Digital products (PDFs) are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment.

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with premium, reliable shipping carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure secure and trackable delivery. Once your hardware order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.

3. International Shipping & Customs
Monopol ships internationally. Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any customs fees or import taxes levied by their country. Monopol is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your hardware arrives with visible external damage, you must refuse the delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product to initiate a replacement claim.

5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Monopol is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Reshipping to a corrected address will incur an additional shipping fee.
